Dear all

BoB National was switched on after the major electricity works in our area this morning and became available at 7:45am. All systems restarted properly but please note some catch up time will be necessary, see details below. After running on generator power for 3 days it is reassuring to be on mains again.

Programmes missed:
We are preparing a list of scheduled programmes (and as many others as we can) that we can ingest into BoB so that we keep the number of lost programmes small.

Programmes being transcoded:
Our many transcoders are working through the backlog so please bear with the green images on the front page for a few hours, this should all be up to date by the end of today from what I understand.

Calendar function:
The electronic programme guide for 11 October and later (the recording calendar) is currently empty but this should be a simple update and will be fixed asap.

Finally if there is a crucial programme that you really can't wait for please email [log in to unmask] as usual.
