I did use the "Results Report" module with "Contrasts" set to "Inf" and "Print results" set to "yes", to begin with. This is why all the contrasts popped out one after the other. You mentioned SPM creates a PostScript. Where can I find it?, all I have is the spm_images, and con_images. I would like to have the plot with the significant voxels/clusters.
Is there maybe a possibility to add in the batch an action that saves the graphic window each time before it runs the next contrast?
