Hi Andreas and/or Cornelius
Sorry in advance about the unintelligent questions. Could I just clarify
that I'm understanding you correctly, so in order to make the design.fsf
files for each subject, I can use the FEAT Gui to make the design.fsf
but change the following for each subject:
1. Functional 4D data
2. Onset files
3. Main structural
Then save that as design.fsf for that subject, make it executable then
I'd need to run all subjects from the command line?
I'm just confused as to where all the outputs are going to be stored and
whether all .fsf files should be saved in the same folder.. I don't want
to set it up wrong and have each subject's FEAT overwrite the previous
subject's?
Thanks for all your help :)

Subject: [FSL] AW: multiple inputs in FEAT using 3 column format
Hi Reem,
unfortuantely, the data / runs you load into the Feat gui must use the
same model. But you can script running multiple seperate *.fsf files
(which all have to be executed by feat from command line which you can
save in a text file - just don't forget to make that executable by
chmod'ing).
Hope all is well, cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] multiple inputs in FEAT using 3 column format
Dear FSLers
I would like to run multiple subject First Level Analyses in FEAT. I
know I can load multiple inputs into the FEAT GUI, however, when it
comes to the model specification I'm not sure how to load multiple .dat
onset files (I use a Custom 3-column format). Could someone please let
me know how I can do this?
Many thanks
Reem
