I would say "no". It's a request for information you hold, not what you might hold in the future. I would suggest that they make a separate request for this information in, say, six months time (or another suitable period).

We have had a SAR where the applicant has said ' if any further minutes and amendments can be forwarded'. Normally, we supply what we have to date at the time the SAR was made, and of course anything additional that may be generated until the data is posted out. Are we bound to supply ongoing data as it arises after the initial amount of data has been supplied ?
