I did an important blog that included the Bavarian Lager case last July. The text should be of interest to those who have FOI requests of the kind: "Please provide me with all the email addresses (or telephone book) of all staff in the IT Department".
The important conclusion I reach (from Bavarian Lager and other Decision Notices) is that an FOI request of this type might not be purpose blind.
