E-Learning Training Officer, University of York (Ref: UoY00936)
A vacancy has arisen within the University’s E-Learning Development Team for the position of E-Learning Training Officer. This post provides an opportunity to help design and deliver learning technology support and training services to staff across the University.
You will work as part of a central e-learning team including learning technologists, library and systems specialists, which is dedicated to promoting technology-enhanced learning across the curriculum.
The post provides an opportunity to make a significant contribution to training and support services, with scope for initiative and for personal development.
The post requires excellent oral and written communication skills to champion the use of learning technology to staff. The post also requires a sound awareness of pedagogical issues and best practices for technology-enhanced learning, as well as familiarity with a range of e-learning tools and approaches to blended course design and delivery.
This is an open ended, full-time post.
Salary will be within the range £28,983 - £35,646 p.a.
