Hello Dimitri,
you're right concerning your previous email and the compilation of
fieldtrip/inverse/private/solid_angle.c. We became aware of that and
fixed it 2 weeks ago.
Concerning this email: when installing r4010 updates, you need to delete
some folders from external/fieldtrip beforehand, as its structure
changed, see:

All the files you mention will disappear (apart from eeprobe which
requires a library not provided with SPM for compilation - but I guess
you're not using data from this manufacturer in your lab).
Typing the following line at the MATLAB prompt:
>> spm_check_installation full
will give you some diagnostics about your installation.
