Hi,
I left all settings at their default which includes the SANLM denoising
filter. It runs without errors on the two T1 3D datasets I just tried.
This is a long shot, but did you check your input format? It complains
that the "function is not defined for input argument of type single",
could this be a lead?
Cheers,
Marko
