When asked 'average over which dimension?' you should select
'channels' and then select the channel you are interested in (one at a
time or you can average over several if it makes sense). I tried it on
your file and it works. Averaging over frequency doesn't make sense in
this case because it can only work for multiple scalp channels which
have a meaningful topographical arrangement.
