I am currently knee deep in Nightworkers Health Assessments and wonder if anyone has any useful research/advice for those taking regular medication (that they have been told should be taken either in the morning or at night) when they are working a shift pattern of earlies, lates and nights.
Some of my clients forget when they are on certain shifts and some are leaving a 36hr gap with their meds when they change from days to nights
I am sure it is to some extent dependant on the specific medication or medical condition but if anybody has tackled this before and has some useful resources I would be really grateful
