Hi,
The correct usage can be seen from running feat_model with no input arguments:
Usage: feat_model <design_name_root> [confound matrix text file]
So if your fsf is called design4.fsf the syntax would be:
feat_model design4
If the correct syntax still generates a segmentation fault, then if you upload your input files to:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
and let us know the 6-digit reference number, we will be happy to look at what is causing the error.
