Dear all,
The Australian Refugee Film Festival wishes to announce that submissions
for the 2011 edition of the festival are now open. Submissions are free
and open to both Australian and International films, up to 10-15 minutes
in duration.
In particular, we are seeking films that address the following issues:
* Environmental displacement due to climate change
* The refugee journey and the obstacles associated with it
* Personal triumph stories of refugees and asylum seekers
* Documented work of local and international organisations with
refugees and asylum seekers
Films do not have to be limited to the above topics; the main criterion
is that the film engages with refugee and asylum seeker issues both
nationally and internationally.
Entry Deadline: March 31 2011
