The proceedings of the second (and third) conferences are difficult to get as they had very limited distribution. I do not have those for the second conference, but the CT&CT have recently lodged copies of all the conference proceedings with the British Library (in sextuplet and therefore the other UK copyright libraries). How long it will take them to process I do not know.

Dear all,
I am a historian from Leipzig/Germany trying to establish a research
project on the social and cultural history of cycling in France.
To prepare my project, I am looking for any experts on France,
especially in the period from 1975 onwards.
Also, I am trying to get hold of a copy/PDF of the two following
articles:
Keizo Kobayashi French sources and Bibliography on Cycle History 9‐14
Roland Sauvaget Cycle History research in France 54‐57
Both published in the Proceedings of the International Cycling History
Confernce, Vol. 2, 1991.
(unfortunately I can't get hold of a copy here in Germany...)
Thank you for your help.
Best wishes,
Michael.
