We have switch adapted one of these (If you/your client has access to an electronics engineer) - it was a very fiddly job for our electronics clinical technologist but it works brilliantly: http://www.sony.co.uk/product/rd-reader-ebook/prs-505
It is an amazing device (the eInk screen if fantastic!) and has a touch screen that my client is able to 'swipe' when in her chair to turn page (uses switches at night, we have also made a switch conditioning box so short press = forward page, long press = back page, really long press = device off).
Cheers
Simon

Does Android have suitable app for reading ebooks? What about getting / downloading ebooks ?
I though this might be easy for a tetraplegic patient to operate, using plug in switches.. It seems like a low price for a 10" screen.
Next 10" tablet, android, wifi, 2usb ports, headphone, portrait/landscape, 8gb storage. £180. http://www.next.co.uk/shopping/electric/carryover/10/13?extra=sch&n=electric
