It seems like Exlibris is missing a little detail - the date/year.
If you add a "date" parameter into the link:

I'm not sure if this is a Wiley or an SFX problem, but article level links via
SFX are not working. This is a major problem.

few weeks we will continue to run diagnostics and address any issues brought to
