No, we can only estimate. In 2008 we tried to figure this out, when we
compared BASE, Google Scolar, OAIster, Scientific Commons and Scirus. The
chance to get the fulltext through BASE was 81%, next was OAISter with 73%.
But these findings could be dated now.

Only a few repositories deliver this information, it would be great, if more
repositories would provide this information in their setSpec's.
