Dear Colleagues,
Few, if any, have done more for Cultural Disability Studies than Sharon L. Snyder (independent scholar) and David T. Mitchell (Temple University). It is therefore with much pride that I inform you of their recent contribution to the field.
The new special issue of JLCDS, The Geo-Politics of Disability, brings together the work of Nirmala Erevelles and Andrea Minear (The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa); Chris Ewart (Simon Fraser University, Vancouver); Robert McRuer (George Washington University); James L. Charlton (Access Living and the University of Illinois-Chicago); Ria Cheyne (Centre for Culture & Disability Studies, Liverpool Hope University); Sarah Bush (Public and Commercial Services Union); Petra Kuppers (English Department, University of Michigan); and Bridget Bennett (School of English, University of Leeds).
This issue is available via Project MUSE, and in print as well as online formats to individual and institutional LUP subscribers.
Many thanks for your time.
David
