That might be even more pertinent in those airports (not the UK) where
they insist you show the security staff your boarding pass (often
several times) as you go through the screening process.
They sometimes get quite cross when you say "but it's in my jacket
pocket, you know - that jacket you insisted I take off and put through
the x-ray machine..."
