DESCRIPTION
We have a variety of roles available in our Shared Services Group, all of which are pivotal in ensuring that our medicines get to the patients who need them. To thrive in our environment you will be a self-motivated team worker and an excellent communicator with a flexible and innovative approach.
We are looking for statisticians to provide high quality statistical support to the Project teams in Veterinary Medicine Clinical Development. You will provide statistical input to study protocols (including the experimental design, calculation of sample size and power, the statistical data analysis, and the randomisation procedures), development of randomisation and statistical summary and analysis programs (using SAS version 9), advising on statistical content of study reports and regulatory filing documents. This role is ideally suited to a statistician who enjoys SAS programming, as all statistical outputs are produced by the statistician.
PROFILE
With an MSc and prior experience in applied statistics or related discipline you will have an eye for detail and a solid knowledge of basic data analysis methods and have the ability to program in SAS. A familiarity with mixed model techniques and a thorough knowledge of experimental design issues and the regulatory aspects of drug development would be advantageous.
