Dear Colleagues,
I have been asked to send you this information and invitation:
The Universities of Glasgow and Aberdeen's field school, the Strathearn
Environs and Royal Forteviot (SERF) Project, is about to start its fifth
season (August 2nd - 22nd 2010).
Forteviot, in Perthshire, is the site of a remarkable early prehistoric
ceremonial complex as well as the focus of later Pictish cemetery. Each
year new and fascinating archaeological discoveries are unearthed in and
around Forteviot. The SERF team will be posting daily updates of our
progress in the field:

Follow along and send us your comments.
You are also welcome to come along to our Open Day of the excavations in
Forteviot, which will be on Sunday August 15th from 12.30 - 4pm.
