Curses. It's a fair cop. I can't come up with a decent excuse, other
than waving my IDP upgrade todo-list, and the bit near the end of it
with "Update URN registry" shamefully not crossed out.

With entitlement URLs I feel I should put something at that location to
describe the URL, and then end up not getting around to it. Which is
just what I've done with the URN registry, I suppose.
I prefer URNs for this sort of thing but then I once got myself an
official OID branch (1.3.6.1.4.1.16908) so I might be bit /too/ geeky
about this...
