A more general question about atrophy and resting state functional connectivity.
In the case of using VBM maps as a covariate, we trying to account for
local atrophy at the target voxel. However, this doesn't deal with
atrophy at the seed voxel(s). Has anyone thought about accounting for
both the atrophy in the seed as well as the target voxel?

I have two groups with significant differences in the volume of the underlying structures and thus would like to control for that using voxel-dependent EV’s and the only way I can think of doing that is through FLAME.
