We called our publisher ( Sage) and they noted that all of their books, regardless of contractual statements, are available on Kindle. Kindle allows download directly to a Kindle ( which has text to speech functionality) or to any computer and thus
has multiple formats for access. Progress for scholarly and academic books is now becoming a reality.
