Postdoc: Protein Biochemistry, Protein Crystallography and Drug Discovery
We hare recruiting a Postdoctoral Associate in the area of nuclear hormone receptor biology and structural biology to join the Rastinejad lab at the Sanford‐Burnham Medical Research Institute in Orlando, Florida. The responsibilities will be to express members of the nuclear receptor family of proteins and to conduct biochemical and cell-based assays searching for novel ligands, and to use protein crystallography / X-ray diffraction to understand stero-specific interactions. Applicant is expected to have solid previous background in the areas of cloning, protein expression and isolation, and with additional experience in X-ray crystallography.
