of Rancho LaBrea." The line illustrations in there are just gorgeous. For
drawings that are a little bit simpler, look in W.K. Gregory's "Evolution
Emerging" Vol. 2. Or see if you can download G.G. Simpson's paper on
"Large Pleistocene Felines" from the American Museum Library of free PDF
downloads at http://digitallibrary.amnh.org/dspace/handle/2246/2262. You
can also find tone drawings of lion skulls in Ernest Thompson Seton's
