Technologies and Travel: the impact of non-transport technologies
on travel demand through changing business and social practices
The project to which the studentship is linked is concerned with
the current and future impact of non-transport technologies on
travel demand, with a particular focus on indirect impacts linked
to technology-facilitated changes in business and social practices.
The studentship consists of an ESRC stipend of £13,290 plus home
fees. Preference will be given to applicants who have an ESRCrecognised
Research Training Masters level degree (+3 route)
and/or relevant research experience and training.
