Today, they (NGS people at RAL) handle the GGUS tickets assigned to UK
ROC/NGI and pass them on to UK sites, support units, whatever, as
appropriate. This is the production route and I don't think we should
ignore it just because they haven't published a 5 year plan for future
helpdesks.
I am not sure how you expected GGUS to work. There is a GGUS support
unit for VOMS but typically there is not an SU for every single VOMS
server.
I'll get the email address of your RT known to the NGS people triaging
UK GGUS tickets.
This doesn't stop people contacting your RT directly but it means it
isn't cut off from GGUS tickets.
