Is it also worth noting that they don't actually specify that the applicant needs a professional qualification, or even a degree?  Perhaps that goes towards justifying the lower salary, though the responsibilities certainly don't!

Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally within an Information Management/ Records Management field.

Given the ROI possible from a good EDRM system, such a low salary does seem

particularly mean. Maybe an unwillingness to pay a suitable rate gives an

indication of the value placed on records by some organisations?
