Dear all,
As recently featured at the BIG Event in Newcastle and the Science Communication Conference - Collective Memory: www.britishscienceassociation.org/CollectiveMemory
Have you lovingly-crafted an evaluation and always wanted somewhere to share it? Perhaps you are in the planning stage of an event and you want to find some new ideas?
Did something work better than you could have ever imagined? Maybe you learned the lesson that's shaped your entire strategy?
Share it! The Collective Memory needs YOU! It's a database to share all the learning of the field - the wealth of collected expertise at your fingertips in a single, easily-navigated database. Share, browse and learn... ALL FREE! It provides a simple framework to help you evaluate your event and feel free to link to your own reports and wider evaluations to add more detail.
The scheme is in its pilot stage so it will evolve based on your suggestions - please get in touch off-list ([log in to unmask]) to comment and suggest improvements! Many thanks to all those who contributed their suggestions at the BIG Event and SCC 2010, the site will continue to develop based on your input.
Many thanks,
Toby Shannon

For the British Science Festival this year we want your brains!.....
We've teamed up with Aston University and the University of Stirling to find out if your working memory can be linked to depression and how advertising could influence your behaviour. Take part in our international study at www.neuromantics.co.uk and listen out for the results when they are unveiled at the Festival in Birmingham 14-19 September 2010
Follow the Festival on Twitter @BritishSciFest and @TheXchangeTeam and don't forget to use #BritSciFest when talking about us.
