I've had that experience as well, Patrick. Wish I could avoid the unwanted substitutions for quotes and apostrophes, but I've yet to figure out exactly how to manage that. Any technical suggestions from members? I'm cutting and pasting poems set in Pages into JISCMAIL's Send Message form.
