Hi Nicky,
We recruited an admin assistant in April this year and the main issues
we covered were Confidentiality, Discretion, IT ability (CLAIT or ECDL
as minimum), record-keeping and relevant experience. It's slightly
different where I work as our admin assistant covers both OH and H&S.
