Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Employee Stress
Good morning list,
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!
I wonder if I can pick your brains.
Fresh out of Uni I am currently working on rolling out a stress
management procedure for the business I now work in.
I'm fine with this as the HSE has what I need to know, it's just going
to take a lot of reading over the summer.
In the short term I was hoping one of you could help me.... I have an
employee identified with work related stress. His department are facing
redundancies, morale is low and I gather there's a lot of bickering
between several colleagues packed into a little office.
Would any of you have any advice, web pages, self-help information etc
that I could share with this chap until i'm up and running with with the
HSE standards approach? I'd be very grateful.
Kind regards to all
Jo
