Both volumes of the Kazimirski dictionary are available in several
versions and formats from the Internet Archive. See:
The OCR version which is the 'full text' format is riddled with errors
and does not feature a comprehensible Arabic script no matter how one
tries to change the encoding of the page. Not much help I'm afraid, but
for your information nonetheless.

Subject: Digitised Arabic dictionaries
As part of the YS-IMG (Yale-SOAS Islamic Manuscript Project) we are
planning to OCR digitised versions of either Biberstein Kazimirski's
Dictionnaire arabe-francais of Dozy's Supplement aux dictionnaires
Does anybody whether there are already OCR'ed digitised versions of
these dictionaries available on the internet?
