Hi Stam,
It seems that these 3 scans had been upsampled to a larger matrix. I downsampled the original scans, but now bedpostx doesn't seem to work.
Any ideas as to what may be going on?
Here are the different error outputs... In the command line:
> bedpostx p_KDP
subjectdir is /.../.../.../Tractography/Subjects_preprocess/p1
Making bedpostx directory structure
Queuing preprocessing stages
Queuing parallel processing stage
0 slices processed
Queuing post processing stage
And then, when I do a bedpostx_datacheck, I get the following output:
>bedpostx_datacheck p1

dim2 128

And, finally, when I check some of the error logs, I get the following errors:
>cat bedpostx.e6654.10 bedpostx.e6654.11

Thanks,
