Good morning everyone. I'm writing because I've recently run into problems registering my EPI data to my hi-res anatomical in that it over-rotates the functional scans in the yaw plane (i.e. an obvious skew in the longitudinal fissures of functional and structural images). I collect field maps with each session to unwarp with FUGUE but, while it helped registration, it did not totally alleviate the misalignment. I've been using FSL for years and have not run into this problem. Normally, any misregistration can be remedied by varying the DOF of the registration and/or the search function. The problem is quite consistent between 4D sets but is causing me some trouble when applying the statistical maps to fiducial/inflated/flattened surfaces. My question is whether there is an option (command or GUI) to rotate one image in relation to another manually, by using radians or degrees? Thanks in advance for your time and response!
