According to the Agency's "Information about your groundwater quality analysis results" document the UK DWS is 0.1ug/l for total PCB. However, when you look at the Water Supply Regulations, PCBs are not mentioned, so I do not know where the 0.1 comes from.
SEPA WAT-PS-10-01 gives an MRV of 0.001ug/l for individual PCB congeners, being substances that should be prevented from entering Controlled Waters. This comes from the Agency's LFTGN01, Appendix 7.
