Dear all,
I want crystallize cytochrome C from horse heart to perform a soaking
experiment.
Since many papers gave an account on the crystallization of cytochrome C
from horse heart (1), I thought it was easy to crystallize. But until now,
I have obtained only big objects (800micrometer) that do not seem single
crystals (in attachment_1).
The conditions that I used are in attachment_2. Conditions were performed
by cytC of Sigma Aldrich and with protein extracted (from horse heart) in
our lab but the result was the same.
Is anyone able to crystallize this protein?
Is anyone able to suggest me mistakes in my trials?
Thanks a lot.
