We are please to offer a number of PhD Studentships in linked to Graduate Teaching Assistantships, commencing in the 2010/11 academic year in the School of Business and Economics at Swansea University.

The School is a research-led, internationally focused centre of excellence for learning and the advancement of knowledge in Business and Economics
We are particularly interested in candidates wishing to pursue research in the areas of critical management studies especially, gender and organizations; ethics, politics and identity; work and organizational psychology; comparative research; Human Resource Management; work and employment relations.
The studentships are linked to graduate teaching assistantships, and holders will be expected to provide seminar supervision and other duties in their area of expertise during the academic term.
The package will cover tuition fees up to the UK/EU level, plus a tax-free maintenance grant of £13,449 pa (Swansea University standard maintenance allowance) for 3 years. The studentships will commence in October 2010. Applicants should have an honours degree at upper second class (2.1.) level or above, and/or an appropriate Masters degree, preferably with a substantial research element.
