Oxford is running glite 3.1 DPM but there is no reason, other than
disruption of service,
stopping us moving to SL5 glite 3.2, as our h/w is 64 bit.
We will install glite 3.2 on the new kit when it arrives then drain
older pools to upgrade them.
At some point the head node has to be done which is more disruptive.

Subject: Re: Release of UPDATE 14 to gLite 3. 2. Priority: Normal
This prompt me to ask a few questions that came out of the GDB
discussion on support for glite 3.1.
1. Is anyone still running dpm 3.1?
2. If so, are you still running any servers on 32 bit hardware - ie
incapable of running 64 bit SL5 on which glite 3.2 is supported?
3. If not are there any other difficulties in upgrading to dpm 3.2? Or
more strictly in stopping support for dpm 3.1?
Thanks,
John
