Dear Sharron
Try the ISB - Information Standards Board for Health and Social Care
http://www.isb.nhs.uk/
There was also a 'Business classification scheme' but I am not sure of its content or longevity. Was there are project through RM?

Subject: Naming Conventions
Dear All,
Does anyone currently have documented
naming conventions for specific documents such as letters, minutes, etc. Am
working in an NHS Organisation and not sure whether to tackle naming
conventions as detailed as per document type or whether to have just general
principles of good practice / guidance do’s and don’ts
Welcome views and opinions
Thanks
Sharron
