The package linked there looks like the source code, which is platform
independent (or at least it can be compiled on Linux and MAC). You would
have to compile that code yourself to get it to work on your Linux system.
While this isn't that difficult of a task, your efforts might be better
directed towards getting your code to work with the latest version of FSL.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] previous versions of FSL, Linux installations?
Hi,
I have seen some of the previous posts and info on downloading earlier
versions of FSL. We are also facing legacy code that will not run under the
latest version (4.1.x). We downloaded the 4.0.0 package from the
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/oldversions/, but it appeared to be a
Windows install, or at least, not a Linux-compatible install. Is there a way
to get access to the Linux install?
Thanks!
Joakim
