Hello Stephen,
I obtained ICV by multiplying Brain volume (found in the SIENAX report) with VNSCALING. (I assume that this will give me adjusted values for head size). For example, in one subject the Brain volume reported by SIENAX was 1,385678.14. This value was multiplied by the VSCALING (1.1299), thus obtaining 1,565722.44. The latter was assumed to be the Total Intracranial Volume. However the brain volume calculated by FAST (CSF + GM + WM) for the same patient was higher and corresponded to 1,678118.61. This does not seem possible and I wonder if there is anything wrong in my procedure.
Thank you very much,
