AD is L1 and RD is the average of L2 and L3.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] RD and AD maps / Cluster option
Dear fslexperts,
I have several questions, I hope you can help me:
1) I have read literature about the RadialDiffusion and AxialDiffusion maps
however when I run dtifit i can't get this maps ;my outputs are: FA, MD,
L1/2/3, V1/2/3, MO, S0 but nothing about RD or AD. Can you please tell me
how to get these images?
2) Another question is about randomise outputs. I can watch the results of
my tfce_corrp_tstat analysis when i select Min: 0.95 and Max: 1 in fslview
but i would like get a value information of these areas. I have heard about
cluster option but i am a bit confused. I tried to do this:
[neuro@wl-neuro03 stats]$ cluster
--in=resultados_TBSS_tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz --thresh=.95
Cluster Index Voxels Z-MAX Z-MAX X (vox) Z-MAX Y (vox) Z-MAX Z
(vox) Z-COG X (vox) Z-COG Y (vox) Z-COG Z (vox)
4 33155 0.995 97 156 71 85.7 108 91.6
3 3150 0.96 99 103 83 86.9 107 75.1
2 33 0.951 123 156 65 123 157 65.9
1 3 0.95 35 90 66 35.3 89.7 65.3
But i'm not sure about what this information means. Is the maximal voxel in
a cluster? There is any way to get all the significative voxels and its
localization?
Thanks in advance,
Patricia.
