Yes... but it changes completely every six months.
I'm finding it difficult to publicize even fiction books right now;
reviewers, stores, and reading series seem overwhelmed by the increase in
independent publishing, and small presses and individual authors are doing
some interesting creative marketing.
Chapbooks = direct sales. A few bookstores will sell them, and then on
consignment. SPD will handle them if you have a press or get a friend's to
act as an umbrella org.
Website linked to your blog. Paypal button. ISBN.
Lulu will vend your lulu publication, but I don't know percentages and
prices.
