I've got a blog that, mong other things, looks at issues facing natural history collections. If anyone's interested, you can find it here:

Jordan Colosi, who works in the Peabody's vertebrate zoology division, has a blog on a recuration project she's doing in the fluid collections. It can be found here:

Finally, some years back, when I was at AMNH, we started a blog for summer interns working on a collection improvement project. It's still being updated from time to time and can be found here:

Great to see more blogging happening in museums! Pleased to find out about http://naturemanchester.wordpress.com/ since it draws on several members of staff to keep it ticking over with interesting and varied content - something I am keen to see implemented at the Horniman in the near future. My own blog is not run by my museum, but I run it with a focus on museum objects, so it may be of interest http://paolov.wordpress.com/.
Thanks to Georgina for raising the subject and thanks to Henry for the links to existing blogs. Perhaps NatSCA could provide a linking page with a comprehensive list of natural science collection related blogs?
Cheers,
Paolo

NATSCA members might like to know that the Oxford University Museum
of Natural History, as part of its 150th anniversary celebrations,
has appointed me Writer in Residence.
One of my activities is to write a blog, Dodology, aimed at the
general public and commenting on my experience of the Museum. I'm a
novice blogger and would be very pleased if members would visit my
blog and post comments if they feel so moved. I'd also love to hear
about any other blogs in the world of natural history collections.
You can find the blog at dodology.wordpress.com<http://dodology.wordpress.com/>, or there is a link
to it from www.oum.ox.ac.uk/visiting/2010diary.htm<http://www.oum.ox.ac.uk/visiting/2010diary.htm>
