Hi everyone
I'm pleased to announce that the University of Huddersfield will be
hosting the next Mashed Library event ("Chips and Mash") on Friday 30th
July (10am to 4pm). Information about the event can be found on the
event blog and the Mashed Library Wiki:
http://chipsandmash.wordpress.com/
http://mashedlibrary.com/wiki/
"Chips and Mash" is free to attend but places are limited, so
registration is a must (a link is available on the blog). At present,
there are around 25 places remaining:

The event is an informal unconference with a suggested theme of RFID,
mobile technology, QR codes, etc. Ultimately, however, the list of
interests provided by the attendees will shape the content of the actual
event: http://chipsandmash.wordpress.com/interests/
The Mashed Library events are about "bringing together interested people
and doing interesting stuff with libraries and technology". The "Chips
and Mash" event is sponsored by Intellident Ltd.
regards
