We have File Open and it's a vast improvement on Digital Editions. It
required a free plug in and then you have to contact BL to get
authorisation. Our IT Dept didn't have any problems with the
installation, despite the NHS Firewall, and authorisation was very
quick.

Hi All
I've been using Adobe Digital Editions for BL SED, however I see in
their charges letter they are recommending FileOpen. Is it just the free
plug in that's needed? Can one print from this? Keeps crashing my IE due
to DEP anyway, despite the fact I have changed the settings to allow.
Better to stick to Adobe perhaps?
