If Eduserv Chest contacts can be signed in via institutional log-in, why shouldn't JISC Collections contacts/reps?

Thanks for all of your messages which I have fed through to jisc collections.
It would be good to hear from some librarians on this as well as the core customer users of the site as there seems to be a perception in collections that it is only the techies who see this as a problem.
