Hi Group,
I'm trying to run a FEAT analysis where I have 10 subjects scanned pre and post intervention. I also have a clinical measure (CAPS) for both timepoints. I would like to run a paired t-test to find where:
1. brain activity differs between the scans
2. brain activity for pre-intervention scan is correlated with change in my CAPS score
3. changes in brain activity between pre and post scans are correlated with changes in CAPS for pre vs. post score
My thinking so far is that I should use the paired t-test example from the FEAT manual and add an additional covariate for my CAPS score. I'm fuzzy on whether I should use change in CAPS score as my covariate or whether I should enter CAPS scores from the two timepoints in the additional EV.
Any thoughts on how I should set up this analysis?
Thank you,
