Hi FSL folks,
I had a quick question regarding the use of the -k masking in fslstats. I was previously under the impression that this option would use any non-zero voxels in the masking image to mask the input image, similar to the -mas function in fslmaths. However, it appears as though it only uses voxels greater than 0.5 or so in the masking image.
fslstats my_brain -k my_brain_pve_1 -M
does not equal the fslstats call below
fslmaths my_brain -mas my_brain_pve_1 my_brain_mas_pve_1
fslstats my_brain_mas_pve_1 -M
Could someone provide details as to how these functions differ?
